Five communities receive grinding mills

Five communities in the Gushegu District in the Northern Region have been presented with grinding mills valued at GH¢12,35O. They include Galiwe, Nakunga, Nasonwia, Saakogu and Kpanashie.

The District Chief Executive for the area, Mr. Alhassan Fuseini who presented the Mills to the communities at a durbar at the Market Square after touring some project sites in the district asked beneficiaries to ensure judicious use of the mills to improve their economic fortunes and advise them to take good care of it.

Mr. Fuseini reiterated government’s commitment to improve the living conditions of the people and asked them to give government some time to fulfill its pledges as it has started delivering on them.

A set of musical instruments valued at GH¢2,400 and a tricycle motor for the Muslim community was also donated.
