The project is aimed at increasing access to potable water and sanitation in the various communities, the District Chief Executive, Hon. Hajia Mavis Bawa said.
She said the assembly with the assistance of NORST office in Tamale has prepared a three-year work plan and budget which has been approved by the executive committee.
Hon. She therefore appealed to chiefs and the citizens to give support and offer the necessary cooperation for timely and successful execution of the projects.
