The business seminar, which was dubbed "Springboard 2008," went through six cities including Takoradi, Kumasi, Accra, Tema, Ho and finally ended in Tamale.
Springboard is a relevant programme, which attracts over 70 per cent of people from the business and social class, to participate each year, without any form of planning.
The seminar was under the sub-theme, "Making Every Day Count".
It aimed at providing participants with proven tools for peak performance in personal finance, career development, relationships and spiritual development, as well as achieving a strategic balance in all these areas throughout the year 2008.
It was a motivational conference, and it brought together ten motivational and business leaders to speak to participants in all the six selected cities.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Combert Impressions, Mr. Albert Ocran, the seminar was in response to calls by his organisation's clients, in other parts of Ghana, to bring its motivational conferences closer to them.
He added that, the Springboard 2008 Road Show was therefore projected to reach over 5,000 people in the six cities.
Participants were awarded certificates of participation after the seminar. Motivational books were also on sale for everybody who participated, to purchase for reading.
However, most of the participants included the youth, especially students from the tertiary level, businessmen and women, business consultants and developers among others.
About five hundred people attended it at the Tohadzie Hotel where it was held.
