Ms Tan-Iddi in her remarks urged the youth to use the provision of the electricity to create employment for themselves.

She expressed the hope that people would now accept postings to the area, and that it would also curb the rural-urban drift.

Mr Twum Baah, an official of the Volta River Authority, assured the people of regular power supply as well as maintenance of the facilities to prolong their life span.
